Healthy Chicken Fajita Tray Bake

Equipment

  • 1 large baking tray
  • 1 Mixing Bowl
  • knife & chopping board

Ingredients

  • 3 chicken breasts sliced
  • 2 bell peppers sliced
  • 1 red onion large
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 8 wholemeal wraps

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 200°C (180°C fan).
  • Toss chicken and vegetables with oil and spices in the mixing bowl.
  • Spread all ingredients out evenly on a baking tray.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  • Wrap it all up inside the wraps and serve with: Natural yoghurt, salsa, and a squeeze of lime.
